Countless numbers of Special Truck applications are in production. Aerial Lift Trucks, Fire Trucks, Ambulances, Masonry Delivery Trucks, Trash Trucks, Cement Trucks and Dump Trucks just to name a few. NTF produces many tube and grab handle assemblies found on Special Trucks with a few applications outlined below.

Hydraulic Tube Assemblies
Many Special Truck applications include the use of hydraulic power to lift or operate an extension. Since our inception in 1969, we have designed and manufactured hydraulic tube assemblies for almost every type of hydraulic equipment.

Exhaust
Many Special Trucks have special exhaust routing requirements. We have extensive experience producing both hot and cold section exhaust pipes and stacks with welded flanges, hangers and HEGO sensor outlets utilizing carbon steel, 409, 439, 441, CrCb18 & Aluminum Coated Steel. The nations largest exhaust stack polisher & Nickel-Chrome plater is less than 10 miles from our manufacturing facility.

Chassis
Sometimes tubular parts are needed to extend or beef up a chassis for a special need. Our tubular parts provide structural support for axle, suspension systems and drive shaft assemblies. Our expertise includes processing critical welded assemblies with High Strength Low Alloy carbon steel. Additional products include tubular frame components, step brackets and hitch assemblies.

Grab Handles and Guards
Nearly every special truck application requires some type of grab handle or guard. Chances are that NTF has the tooling to keep your cost down on these special application items.

Mirror Brackets
Need a special mirror bracket. We have experience producing mirror brackets in stainless as well as carbon steel.

Brush Guards
Endless brush guard configurations are possible. NTF is capable of producing complete brush guard assemblies to meet any application.
