Rotary Mandrel

Many products only require a single collapse-free bend. Our mandrel benders are capable of bending material up to 6 inches in diameter.

CNC

NTF has many CNC tube benders suited to the most diverse productive conditions where multiple bend parts are needed with a maximum diameter of 5 inches or 128mm.

CNC - Multiple AXIS

NTF utilizes several multi-radius machines, which enable fitting multiple dies with different radii and contour bends for particularly difficult parts.

CNC - Twin Head

For bending applications where 5 controlled axis and two independent bending heads are needed with both symmetrical and asymmetrical parts up to 32mm in diameter. NTF's machine capability includes piercing holes within the bend operations.

Verticle

Vertical bending allows is a very productive method of bending tubes when outside bend zone diameter is not critical. In vertical bending applications, the diameter of the tube in the bend zone is not controlled with a mandrel, but the process is usually very quick to achieve.

Roll Forming

Our roll formers are capable of large sweeping radius bends in materials up to 3 inches or 75mm in diameter.

Bending Press

Some applications are more condusive to bending in a special die or progressive die set in a press. NTF experience includes press bending tubes with multiple axis bends for automotive applications.
