Beading

Rotary and compression beading.

Chamfering

Both I.D. and O.D. Chamfers up to 6 inch.

Contouring

Contouring with presses, coping dies, mills or special end forming machines.

Deburring

Brush debur, peen debur or chamfering tube ends as required.

Expanding & Sizing

Expanding and sizing is performed with inline and I.D./O.D. tube end forming up to 6 inches in diameter.

Flaring, Flanging & Parflanging

Any type of flaring including 37 & 45 degree fluid tight flares and flanging for most exhaust applications up to 6 inches in diameter.

Flattening

Flattening utilizing dies and presses is used to close off tube ends and in some cases to capture inserted screen material.

Inverted Beading

Inverted beads are formed by compression or rolling.

Threading

Threading techniques include cutting threads or rolling threads in tubes to just about any thread specification.

Swaging/Reducing

Swaging or reducing tube diameters is accomplished with both inline and I.D./O.D. tube end forming equipment including six station ram formers.
